The world is in a constant state of change. World-changing innovations are just as important to us as the micro-advances that influence our lives in small steps. Innovation only comes from a free spirit, first-class training and diverse networks. We are committed to ensuring that every individual receives the support they need to develop their free spirit and skills according to their personal and professional needs. We draw on our knowledge, experience and extensive networks to provide our clients with the support they need to take the first step in their transformational journey or to continue on their path.
Our vision is guided by the conviction that the individual, as part of society, a culture or a system, is able to bring about innovation and change through the use of personal and professional resources, but also to promote meaningful consistency and the necessary stability in their environment. The focus here is on the individual: on their knowledge, their ideas, their motivation, their experience and their will.
Our task is to recognise opportunities, promote skills and identify paths to personal and professional development. We do this through our initial and continuing vocational education and training programmes as well as through national and international vocational education and training cooperation.

The principles of our activities are based on a holistic approach, sustainability and cooperation.
Holistic approach
Through our research, training and counselling services, we offer our target groups a wide range of opportunities and access points to experience and understand education in all its facets. Our services are interlinked and the synergies of our work are incorporated into other programmes. In this way, we ensure a sustainable and holistic value chain, enabling us to systematically share our knowledge, insights and experience with our customers and maximise the benefits for them.
Sustainability
We strive for innovative and demand-orientated training and further education offers that are developed according to the needs of the individual or specifically for our cooperation partners. Based on our entrepreneurial principles, we see it as our responsibility, together with our partners, to ensure that the future generation receives an appropriate education and employment and shapes and moulds its learning and working environment according to its needs and opportunities.
In the case of sponsored projects, we attach great importance to ensuring that our educational programmes go beyond the project character and that the project results are embedded in the CorEdus core activities and continued long after the project phase.
Co-operation
We strive for synergies and co-operative working methods with other educational stakeholders. We believe that joint action at every stage of the organisation's management creates opportunities to provide our customers with the support they need.
We attach great importance to networking and exchanging ideas with various stakeholders, which enables us to continuously reflect on our work, our services and our expertise from an interdisciplinary perspective.
